^An Amazing Cabin!^

I don’t consider myself a very easy person to please, I must admit, however, the Mammets hit on a perfect blend of modern, cozy and rustic in the build of the newest cabin. It took me by surprise – in a very good way!
Not only is it much more roomy and complete with a second floor, but the rooftops are made of glass, giving a wonderful sense of light from above. The open-air bedroom, complete with balcony, gives the sense of a connection to the outside while still offering a place of shelter for the random stormy weather the island sometimes sees.
Not to mention ‘tis actually a true BED now. Not just some mattress of bamboo or the like.
The bottom floor also had an overhaul, including a small indoor pool of sorts, which Cadu took to immediately.
Just as before, ‘tis plenty of places to relax both upstairs and down, including big comfy hanging bench-swings.
I have to say that while I’ve had many doubts about this whole project, once I saw the outcome of this cabin, I couldn’t be more pleased. ‘Tis the first time I’ve actually felt like ‘tis a place to just… relax. Which was what this whole island thing was supposed to be about. Or so I thought.
The hard work has finally started to pay off!
