“Welcome to you my friend! If ‘tis a Tome you need to know about, you’re in the right place,” Amon greeted his newest client with a warm wave of a hand. “Finding such a thing when out on a hunt is quite an unusual discovery. Let me see what I can determine about it.”
He then took the Tome to his machine behind the counter, and prepared it for a scan.
Appraisal Outcome
This Tome still boots and reads as it should, though I do see signs of wear and tear on the connectors. It’s not in any threat of failing at this point, but I can’t say for how much longer it will maintain readability.
That being said, the state of the data tells me this was something fairly commonly copied. In fact, ‘tis an illustrated piece that leads me to believe it was a children’s story and song book from the Allagan age.
Quite roughly translated, the title is: Time for a Number Rhyme
Amon brings the Tome and a copy of the data back to the client, handing both over. He also offers a sheet where he’s marked some names of Tome collectors to investigate.
“While ‘tis not a Tome of surpassing rarity, the fact that it gives insight on how Allagan children were taught might make it of value to the right collector. Check out some of these names and locations I’ve provided and see if you can find a buyer. It may or may not be worth your time, but you don’t know until you ask!
